tuna kebab recipe/how to make tuna fish kabob--Cooking A Dream


Ingredients:
spring water tuna (net 185g can -140g drained weight)
1 potato (steamed)
1 egg (white yolk separated)
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
bread crumbs (optional)

seasonings:
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
red chilli powder to taste
3/4 tsp garam masala powder(cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
finely chopped onion, cilantro, green onion, green chilli


Method: 
  1. steam and peal a medium size potato (don't boil in water)
  2. add all the seasonings, finely chopped herbs, cornstarch and an egg yolk
  3. mash well
  4. keep the egg white separate
  5. squizee out all the water from tuna 
  6. add to the potato and mix gently, don't mash too much
  7. make small patties
  8. deep into the beaten egg white and deep-fry in medium hot oil
  9. serve with salad, rice, or make sandwiches
