How to make pizza/quick & easy pizza recipe -- Cooking A Dream



you don't have to wait for 2 hours to have pizza.This is how to make a pizza real quick.

Ingredients for a 10" pizza:

Pizza sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2tbsp garlic
2 large tomato puree(skin peeled)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1tbsp dry Italian herbs( oregano, parsley, thyme)
1tsp chili flacks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

(Instant sauce: you can mix tomato ketchup+Italian herbs+olive oil+chili flakes for an instant sauce if you don't want to make pizza sauce and don't mind a little sweeter taste.)

pizza dough
2 cups flour
1tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2tbsp olive oil
100-120ml water(1/2 -3/4 cup)depending on the type of flour and weather. make a stiff dough.

bake for 20 mins 250°C(480°F) for a crispy base bake 10 mins on the lower rack and 10 mins on the middle if you have a table top oven.


Method:
  1. To make pizza sauce saute onion and garlic until translucent then add tomato puree and other herbs
  2. cook the sauce until thickens
  3. to make pizza dough mix all ingredients for dough in a bowl
  4. knead until smooth
  5. because it's a quick pizza we won't wait until it rises to double, instead roll the dough according to the size of your pizza pan then set it in the pan
  6. cover the pan and rest for 15 -20 mins in a warm place
  7. then spread the sauce on top of the pizza
  8. add cheese, toppings of your choice then cheese again 
  9. bake and enjoy

Ingredients: For the meat sauce: 3 tbsp of olive oil a mix of basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary 1 tbsp or dry Italian seasoning 2 tsp 1 large onion 4 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp of chilli flakes black pepper ½ tsp salt to taste (around 1tsp )( remember that cheddar cheese is salty) ground meat 1 kg (beef or mutton) chopped tomatoes 800g water to cook for 30 minutes For bechamel /white sauce: butter 4 tbsp flour 4 tbsp pinch of nutmeg pinch of salt cold milk 3 cups Pan Size: 22 x 32 cm ....... one packet of instant/no-boil lasagna sheet or as needed grated mozzarella cheese grated light cheddar cheese grated parmesan cheese (optional) fresh mozzarella on top (optional) Time and temperature: bake at 200°C preheated oven for 35-40 minutes covered then uncover the lasagna and bake another 10-15 minutes to brown the top a bit. Carrot Cake Recipe/soft & moist -- Cooking A Dream

  You like carrots or not you will like this carrot cake. It's soft and moist, you don't really taste carrot in it. The orange flavour goes very well with it, This is my own recipe and this is how I like my carrot cake. but if you want to use vanilla, cinnamon, almond you certainly can.
