Bread Puffs

ingredients: flour 200g sugar 30g salt ½ tsp instant yeast 1 tsp lukewarm milk 70-90g (make a soft dough) 1 egg butter 20   Method: To make the dough, combine  flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well, add lukewarm milk and Knead until a dough forms. then Add the butter and continue to knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.    This should take about 15-20 minutes  brush some oil on top and rest the dough covered at 35°C  until rises to double the size take out the dough and divide it into 8-10 pieces. knead and shape into small balls cover and let them rise again at 35-40°C for 20-30 mins (* resting time may vary) in a pan pour oil to deep fry. when the oil is warm drop the dough balls in.  fry them in low heat until brown enjoy with tea, coffee or milk Note: let the dough rise in a warm place until puffs up. when the oil is slightly warm drop the dough balls in for frying.

Mix well, add 230g of lukewarm milk and Knead until a dough forms. then Add the butter and continue to knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.    This should take about 15 minutes by hand or 10 minutes with a stand mixer   the dough should be soft and slightly sticky but manageable. the best way to tell if your bread dough is properly kneaded is to stretch a piece of between your fingers. If the dough tears, you haven’t developed enough gluten and it needs more kneading. If it stretches without breaking you’re done and you can let the dough rest. Milk Bread recipe

  this is how you can make lite and airy milk bread.    you will need the following ingredients: for the roux: bread flour 120g (¾ cup) bread flour 30g (¼ cup)  for the dough: bread flour 300g (2cups) sugar 40g ( 3 tbsp) salt ¾ tsp milk 140g (¾ cup) butter 50g (3tbsp)       Method: In a pan, combine 120g of water, and 30g of bread flour. mix well. Coconut Rice Recipe

  Here is a recipe for Coconut Rice and Chicken in one pot: Ingredients: 1kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs, Salt 1tsp turmeric powder ¼ tsp chilli powder ½ tsp garlic paste 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp tomato paste 1tbsp pepper ½ tsp diced onion 1 cup 2 cups of uncooked white rice 2 bay leaves,4 cloves,3, cardamom, 1cinnamon stick, lemon peel 11/2   cup canned coconut milk 2 ½ cup water 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro salt in rice 1 ½ tsp Instructions: marinade 1kg of boneless chicken thighs with 1 tsp of salt, ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp of each, ½   tsp of black pepper, ¼ tsp of turmeric and 1 tbsp of tomato paste. give it a good mix and leave it for at least 20 mins.  wash and drain   2 cups of basmati rice and let it soak up the excess water for 15-20 mins.   Beghrir is a type of Moroccan semolina pancake that is made with a mixture of semolina flour, water, and yeast.
