Bread Puffs


ingredients:
flour 200g sugar 30g salt ½ tsp instant yeast 1 tsp lukewarm milk 70-90g (make a soft dough) 1 egg butter 20


 Method:

  1. To make the dough, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well, add lukewarm milk and Knead until a dough forms.
  2. then Add the butter and continue to knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.  This should take about 15-20 minutes 
  3. brush some oil on top and rest the dough covered at 35°C  until rises to double the size
  4. take out the dough and divide it into 8-10 pieces.
  5. knead and shape into small balls
  6. cover and let them rise again at 35-40°C for 20-30 mins (* resting time may vary)
  7. in a pan pour oil to deep fry. when the oil is warm drop the dough balls in. 
  8. fry them in low heat until brown
  9. enjoy with tea, coffee or milk
Note: let the dough rise in a warm place until puffs up.
when the oil is slightly warm drop the dough balls in for frying.

  You like carrots or not you will like this carrot cake. It's soft and moist, you don't really taste carrot in it. LASAGNA/LAZANYA (quick and easy)

Ingredients: For the meat sauce: 3 tbsp of olive oil a mix of basil, thyme, parsley, rosemary 1 tbsp or dry Italian seasoning 2 tsp 1 large onion 4 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp of chilli flakes black pepper ½ tsp salt to taste (around 1tsp )( remember that cheddar cheese is salty) ground meat 1 kg (beef or mutton) chopped tomatoes 800g water to cook for 30 minutes For bechamel /white sauce: butter 4 tbsp flour 4 tbsp pinch of nutmeg pinch of salt cold milk 3 cups Pan Size: 22 x 32 cm ....... one packet of instant/no-boil lasagna sheet or as needed grated mozzarella cheese grated light cheddar cheese grated parmesan cheese (optional) fresh mozzarella on top (optional) Time and temperature: bake at 200°C preheated oven for 35-40 minutes covered then uncover the lasagna and bake another 10-15 minutes to brown the top a bit. dinner rolls/milk bread recipe/bun/soft &chewy #cookingadream

These dinner rolls are very very fluffy, soft and chewy. If you follow the recipe you will not be disappointed. This is a recipe for dinner rolls or some may call milk bun or milk bread. It's a basic dinner rolls recipe, many other kinds of bread items can be made out of this bread which I will be showing in my other videos.
