crispy fried chicken wings



Ingredients:
chicken wings 800g (mine are small size)
cornstarch 1/2 cup
cake flour 1/4 cup
milk 1/4 cup
egg 1
seasoning:
salt 1tsp
black paper 1tsp
curry powder 2tsp
pink salt 1tsp
cumin powder 1tsp
ginger powder 1 Tsp
chilli powder 1tsp
(you can always add or skip any seasoning. add seasoning of your choice)
medium heat
first, fry 3 mins+second fry 4mins(adjust time according to the size of your chicken) my chicken is small.

Method:
  • cut chicken from joints 
  • add all the seasonings and marinade for 2 hours
  • beat egg and milk
  • roll wings in dry flour first then into egg mixture then roll in flour again
  •  rest for 5 minutes to set the flour on the chicken
  • heat oil in a pan enough to deep fry
  • fry chicken for 3-5 mins and take out
  • then fry again for another 3-5 mins depending on your chicken size
  • test one chicken if it is done
  • serve hot
