seasonings:
black paper 1/2 tsp
curry powder1/2 tsp
salt to taste
batter:
plain flour 1cup
baking powder 1tsp
Method:
- cut potato into the desired shape
- blanch in boiling water with a teaspoon of salt for 2 mins
- take out in a colander and let dry the water
- make a thick batter with flour baking powder and desired seasoning
- now dip potato into the batter and fry until brown
- serve hot
