Chicken Nuggets/Unique chicken nuggets recipe--Cooking A Dream

 This chicken nuggets taste exactly like McNuggets. Crispy outside and juicy inside.chicken nuggets recipe that you will fall in love with.

Ingredients:
For meat
chicken breast 700g
chicken skin little bit
garlic  1 clove
celery 2 inch
salt 1tsp
white pepper 1/2 -1 Tsp
water 3tbsp
oil 3 tbsp

bread crumbs or flour to coat( I used fresh breadcrumbs)

For the Batter
corn flour 1 cup
cornstarch 1/4 cup
all-purpose flour 1/4 cup
salt 1 Tsp
white pepper 1/2 tsp
oil to fry


Method:

1. roughly grind meat and all the seasonings in the food processor
2. shape it then roll in breadcrumbs
3. at this point, you can freeze the nuggets for 1/2 -1 hour if you like
4. add water slowly into the flour mixture to make a thick batter 
5. dip nuggets in the batter then drop into the hot oil
6. fry on medium-high heat until golden brown(around 5-7 mins)
7. Enjoy

NOTES:

• you can freeze after rolling into the breadcrumbs. It will help the batter to stick better. although I didn't
• chop up the chicken skin with the knife first otherwise  it will be difficult to grind in the machine
• paste the garlic and celery first
