2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup pop corn
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
- add oil and popcorn in a hot pot
- cover the pot when the popcorn starts to pop
- keep cooking on medium heat until the popping sound starts to slow down like 1 pop per second or so.
- remove from heat
- next make caramel by adding sugar in a hot pan
- carefully not to burn the sugar
- when the colour turns brown pour on top of popcorn and mix quickly
- keep string until it cools down a bit.
