Ingredients:
Warm milk 150g (⅔ cup)
Sugar 40g (3 tbsp)
Active dry yeast 1 ½ tsp (5g)(let it bloom for 10 minutes)
Salt 4g ( ¾ tsp )
All-purpose flour 300g(2 cups packed)
Brush some oil on the dough
cover and rest in a warm place until double in size around 1 hour
