Apple Crumble Recipe


Apples 7-8 (mix of different varieties)

Sugar 50g (¼ cup)

zest of 1 lemon

cinnamon powder 1 tsp

pinch of salt

for the crumb:

200g all-purpose flour (1 ½ cup)

100g of butter (⅓ cup)

pinch of salt

50g of sugar (¼ cup)

bake at 200°c for 25-30 minutes
