Ingredients: chicken breast(cut into small pieces) egg 1 cornflour/starch 1/2 cup plain flour 1/2 cup baking powder 1tsp salt 1tsp or to test white paper 2tsp chilli powder 1tsp cumin powder 2tsp cooking time: medium to high heat 5 mins for juice inside and moderate crispy outside 8 - 10 mins for crispy outside (not so juicy) Method: Cut chicken into small pieces marinade with half of the seasoning, 1 tbsp of cornstarch and an egg add another half of the seasoning with flour and cornstarch now roll all the chicken pieces in the dry flour mix one by one take out and rest for 5 mins in a tray You can roll again if you want fry in deep oil for 5 mins serve hot ----------------------------------------------
